What to expect

Judgment-free does not mean direction-free.

The group is harm-reduction informed: people can arrive with different goals and still work honestly on meaningful change. There is no expectation that every participant identify as having an addiction or pursue abstinence.

  • Talk about substance use in the real context of motherhood
  • Recognize stress, cravings, triggers, and patterns
  • Practice mindfulness and body awareness
  • Work with guilt and perfectionism
  • Create a life that supports the change you want
